Instructions 使用する前によく振る。日焼け止めの15分前と化粧をする前に、日焼け止めを顔、首、胸に自由に塗ります。 40分間の水泳、発汗、タオルの乾燥の直後、少なくとも2時間ごとに日焼け止めを再度塗布します。生後6ヶ月未満の子供については、使用する前に医師に相談してください。 日焼け止めの測定：太陽の下で時間を費やすと、皮膚がんや早期の皮膚老化のリスクが高まります。このリスクを減らすために、15以上の広域SPF値を持つ日焼け止めを定期的に使用し、次のような日焼け止め測定値を使用します。
- 太陽の下で時間を制限し、午前10時から午後2時まで
- 長袖のシャツ、ズボン、帽子、サングラスを着用してください
- 生後6ヶ月未満の子供については、使用する前に医師に相談してください

I found this SPF to to very runny and liquidity read a previous review that this product was creamy and no need for foundation this is not true in my opinion. Won't be purchasing this again.

While the SPF50 is great I much prefer the coverage and texture of similar SPF Colorescience products.
