Bak denne ukonvensjonelle hudpleielinjen er den grunnleggeren, Dr. Rudolf Hauschkas mål "for å støtte helbredelsen av menneskeheten og jorden" ikke bare informerer kulturen til Dr. Hauschka hudpleie og dens produsent, Wala Heilmittel, men også selskapets forretningspraksis, produksjonsmetoder og selve selskapets produkter. " Drevet av prinsippet ble Dr. Hauschka skapt inspirert av visjonen om en omsorgskultur og stolt brukt av naturlige hudpleieprodukter for å pleie helse og skjønnhet for å gjenkjenne velvære hos andre.

På begynnelsen av 1960 -tallet møtte Dr. Hauschka Elisabeth Sigmund, en estetiker som hadde brukt Wala -rettsmidler i sine egne hudpleieprodukter.
På Dr. Hauschkas invitasjon reiste Elisabeth Sigmund til Eckwalden fra hjemmet sitt i Stockholm for å jobbe med Dr. Hauschkas eksperter for å utvikle ansiktspleieprodukter som støtter hudhelse som et middel til å oppnå vakker hud.
De opprettet i fellesskap løsninger for stabile krembaser uten kjemiske og/eller syntetiske emulgatorer og duftende med naturlige essensielle oljer. De første produktene ble lansert i 1967; Fire år senere trente Elisabeth Sigmund den første Dr. Hauschka -estetikeren i det som ble kjent som Dr. Hauschka Classic Treatment, grunnlaget for alle signaturbehandlingene som har fulgt. De revolusjonære og nye konseptene Elisabeth Sigmund og Dr. Hauschka utviklet på 1960 -tallet er nå standardene som overlegne naturlige hudpleieprodukter er definert i dag.
