WHEAT GERM CONCENTRATE, L-CYSTEINE, VITAMIN C (ASCORBIC ACID), CAPSULE (HYDROXYPROPYL METHYL CELLULOSE), INULIN, GRAPE SEED EXTRACT BLEND (GRAPE SEED EXTRACT, ZINC CITRATE, VITAMIN C, MELON CONCENTRATE), LMETHIONINE, L-TAURINE, COENZYME Q10, VITAMIN E (DL ALPHA TOCOPHEROL), ZINC (ZINC OXIDE), NIACIN (NICOTINAMIDE), BLACK PEPPER (PIPER NIGRUM), VITAMIN D3 (CHOLECALCIFEROL)

Step 1: Dispense 2 to 3 pumps into dry hands and warm between hands.
Step 2: Gently massage evenly into dry skin for 30 seconds using circular motions.
Step 3: Rinse off with warm but not hot water.
Step 4: Pat skin dry gently with a towel.
