As the last step of your AM routine and/or 15 minutes before sun exposure. The tanning effect should be noticeable from 3-6 hours, but can take up to 24 hours for full effect.

Apply at least ½ teaspoon (about three fingers’ length) to the face and neck.

Reapply (or alternate with The One SPF 50) at least every 2 hours, after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, and immediately after towel-drying to maintain UV protection.

Maximum color from a single application will be reached within 24 hours, usually appearing between 3-6 hours from the first application. If a deeper tanning effect is desired, reapply. Wash your hands after each application. If the desired tanning depth has been achieved, switch to a regular sunscreen like The One SPF 50, without further self-tanning action.
