Apply a small quantity of cleansing milk to a wet sponge or cotton pad morning and night. Apply on the face and neck with circular motions. Repeat if necessary. Then rinse the skin with warm water and apply the HydraCalmLotion. It can also be applied with the fingers. This technique is recommended for dehydrated skin.
