Morning and-or evening, apply HydraPure on a cotton pad and gently remove eye makeup if needed. Spray 1 to 2 pumps in the palm of the hand and apply evenly to the face and the neck. Massage lightly to eliminate impurities. Remove excess with a damp washcloth.
