Add a splash of water as desired and massage onto face, neck, and around the outer eye area. Leave the cleanser to hydrate and soften the skin for 20-30 seconds. Rinse off and towel to dry. Follow with the application of Cellex-C Deep Moisturizing Oil to fully moisturize your skin.
