Water, Glycerin, Myristic acid, Stearic acid, Lauric acid, Potassium Hydroxide, Sorbitan Olivate, Glycol Distearate, Beeswax, 1,2-Hexanediol, PEG-100 Stearate, Glyceryl Stearate, Dipropylene Glycol, Acrylates Copolymer, Potassium Cocoyl, Glycinate, Oxygen, Butylene Glycol, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Portulaca Oleracea Extract, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Ethylhexylglycerin.

Take an adequate amount. Mix with water to foam. Gently apply on the skin and rub. Rinse off with lukewarm water.
