Apply one coat and leave it on to dry completely. If the surface stays rough, apply a second coat. Continue with your manicure by applying nail polish or a top coat only. Allow to dry thoroughly.
Nice smooth finish and dries to a natural sheen. The only down side is after a week the colour gets a little orange.
