Himalayan bath salt contains 84 essential minerals, more than any other bath salt, including magnesium, potassium, bromide, and calcium which are readily absorbed into the skin during a 15 to 30-minute bath. Instructions
Add 125 to 250g of Alexander Himalayan bath salt to a bathtub then fill the bath with warm water. Make sure the water temperature is around body temperature - 38C for maximum benefit. For a mineral, treatment soak for around 15 minutes or soak 30 minutes for a full-body detox.
