This is my second bottle! This worked wonders on my eyelids which were starting to get very droopy. It took about a month to see a big difference and continue to use it daily. I am now using on my smoker lines around my lips to see what kind of results it has. I have not seen any reviews where this product has been used around the lip and mouth area so I will keep you posted. I have only been using for about 2 weeks and can see a slight improvement however I am anticipating significant improvement after using daily for 30 days if this product works around my lips as it did on my eyelids.
