With smooth, upward, and outward strokes, follow the natural contours of your face and neck. Repeat each motion 5-10 times with light to medium pressure.

Neck & Jawline: Glide upwards from the décolleté towards the jawline, then sweep along the jaw from chin to ear.
Cheeks: Move from the side of the nose, across the cheek, towards the hairline.
Forehead: Sweep from the center of the forehead towards the temples.
