I appreciate the thoughtfulness of sending a replacement product rather than simply replacing the defective dripper.
That said, I would have appreciated being given the option to choose my preferred resolution. Had Customer Service contacted me first, I would likely have opted for a refund instead. As a result, I now have three bottles at home, and one bottle typically lasts me at least a year. Unfortunately, the additional products may end up going unused and eventually go to waste.
Overall, I appreciate the support and wanted to share this as feedback for future returns.
