Instructions

Pick up a small quantity of eyeshadow and tap the excess off on the back of your hand. Use the applicator to dab eyeshadow onto the eyelid. Use darker colors on the tail of the eye or above all the upper and lower eyelids for a smoky effect, lighter colors on high points, and bright ones all over the eyelid or only at the center, to make it look precious.
