The product is lovely but the deliver was delayed several times without notification

The product is lovely but the deliver was delayed several times without notification. When I finally called customer service they informed me to me shipment was delayed and they says due to the delay they were going to send me a few testers for my inconvenience. That never occurred. Poor service unfortunately.
