Instructions
  • Apply to dry hair.
  • Load up the small end of the brush with powder.
  • Use freehand to pull hair flat/taut against the head and press the brush down firmly into the roots, starting from the scalp and working out - do not use a sweeping motion.
  • Apply more powder as needed.
  • To extend highlights, use the side edge of a small brush.
  • Lightly dust off any excess powder with the wide end of the brush.
