(equivalent to 10 g) Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) 25 I.U. Adults: Take 20 mL once daily with food or before a meal (as it is or mixed with fruit juices). Shake bottle well before use. Do not drink directly from the bottle and use the measuring cap provided.
