A long-wear lip liner that glides on like silk and never runs. This formulation is infused with antioxidants and is available in a wide range of water-resistant shades to help define lips and keep color in place.

Can Be Used Under Suede Matte Crayon or Lipstick.
Satin-Finish.
Define Lips and Prevent Lip Color from Feathering by Lining and Filling in the Entire Lip Area. Follow with Lip Product of Choice.
To Create Fuller Lips, Apply Pencil along the Outer Edge of the Natural Lip Line and Fill it in with Color.
To Make Lips Appear Smaller, Apply Pencil along the Inside of the Natural Lip Line.
