For best results, start by exfoliating skin with the SELF Exfoliating Glove. Once skin is clean and dry, shake the Bronzing Foam well, apply onto the SELF Tanning Mitt, and then spread evenly in long, sweeping motions. For a perfect, streak-free tan, start with your legs and work up the body, using sparingly on elbows and knees before finishing with the SELF Back Applicator.
Once the desired colour depth is achieved, rinse off residual tan in lukewarm water and pat dry. Do not use soaps, scrubs, or shampoos. To extend the life of the tan, moisturise with the SELF Gradual Tanning Body Butter or Nourishing Tanning Oil.
