How do I clean my mask?

We recommend you wipe down your mask after each use with an antibacterial wipe or spray that is skin safe.

Are the eye guards included with my mask required?

Eye guards can be fitted in the eye recess of the mask. They are to be used entirely at your discretion and are not required from a safety view point.

Should I use a corrective serum before my treatment session?

We highly recommend using our oil-free DNA Recovery Serum as it will boost the efficacy of your LED mask in terms of skin luminosity, smoothing, and collagen building. It is not required in order to experience the skin benefits of UNVEILED, but it is proven to boost your results.

How many times can I use my device per week?

For best results, treat for 3-5 days a week for a minimum of 4 weeks.

Under normal use this product is guaranteed for 1 year after its original purchase date against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Why won't my LED device turn on?

1. Not charged = Plug in the controller to the charger making sure that the connectors are attached and leave charging until the three indicator LEDs on the controller remain lit and do not flash.

2. Device is connected to the power outlet = Unplug micro USB connector from controller. For safety reasons, the device will not turn on if it is connected to the power outlet.

To use, start by cleansing your face with either Gentle Cleanser or Active Cleanser. Apply DNA Recovery Serum to the face. Then unplug from the wall (you charged it up, right?), press and hold the start button, and enjoy your quick and convenient 10-minute session. The mask will automatically shut off once the 10-minute session is complete. We recommend this treatment 4 times a week.
