We choose D3 for our vitamin D supplements, because it's the most natural form of vitamin D, and it's easily absorbed in the body. One soft gel contains your daily dose of 2500IU of vitamin D3 in a base of organic coconut oil for enhanced absorption.

Each softgel contains Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, from lanolin) Equivalent to 62.5mcg 2500IU

Adults Take one (1) soft gel per day with an adequate intake of calcium or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Known Adverse Reactions Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if weakness, fatigue, drowsiness, headache, lack of appetite, dry mouth, metallic taste, nausea, vomiting, vertigo, ringing in the ears, lack of coordination and muscle weakness occur, which are early symptoms of hypercalcemia, or if you have any other side effects. Contraindications Do not use this product if you have hypercalcemia and or hypercalciuria.
