Instructions 每天早上或晚上，在使用治疗霜或凝胶之前或之后服用一粒胶囊。清洁步骤和喷雾后，将胶囊的全部内容物涂抹到面部、颈部和肩部。轻轻按摩。打开胶囊：扭转尖端直至其与胶囊分离并挤出内容物。
