Intense, pearlescent pigments formulated with micronised powder soften and smooth the eyelid. Your eyes look brighter and more beautiful as soon as you apply the product.
Apply T.LeClerc eyeshadows with the PIN8 brush. For a natural, blended look, apply the shadow from the inner crease and draw it outwards. For more intense eyes and a bolder colour, moisten the brush prior to application.
