Instructions

تنظيف الوجه باستخدام حليب التنظيف العميق و/أو حليب مرطب للاستحمام SL وتلاها مع غسول الاستقرار. ضعي مستحلب Optimum Lift على الوجه والرقبة وقم بالتدليك بلطف للسماح بالتغلغل الكامل. مرتين يوميا، صباحا ومساءا. للحصول على النتائج المثالية: استخدم تقشير حيوي للوجه الناعم مرة إلى مرتين في الأسبوع.

استخدمي مستحلب Optimum Lift مع: The تنشيط Bioarome (RC) من 5 إلى 10 قطرات: للبشرة الناضجة والمتضررة من الشمس التنغيم الحيوي (TM) 5 إلى 10 قطرات: على الجلد المترهل والرقبة والثدي.

Is there retinol in the product. Also, can it be used under sunscreen?

No, Physiodermie Optimum Lift Emulsion does not contain retinol. It’s formulated with other active ingredients that support skin firmness and hydration, such as hyaluronic acid, squalane, and marine DNA—but without any form of retinol or its derivatives.
And yes, you can absolutely use this emulsion under sunscreen. In fact, applying it before your SPF can enhance hydration and prep your skin beautifully for the day. Just be sure to let the emulsion absorb fully before applying your sunscreen for best results.
