Great when you need a hydration boost

When my skin is extra dry no moisturizer will quench it so I use the Vit C serum or DCL's other hydrating serum. I have tried many serums and they usually end up making my skin look dull and do not really feel like they give more moisture. DCL's serums provide a quench that you can feel deep in the skin while making the skin look brighter.
