Salus Valerian Juice

Medicinal ingredients: Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root pressed juice, from organic cultivation, 5 mL. Non-medicinal ingredients: None.

Shake bottle well before use. Adults: ¼ measuring cap (5 mL) 1-2 times daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a single dose (¼ measuring cap/5 mL) 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Take an earlier dose (¼ measuring cap/5 mL) a couple of hours prior to bedtime if necessary. Do not take more than ½ measuring capful/10 mL per day. A measuring cap is provided. Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consumption with alcohol, other medications, or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended."
